Red Rocks is a guest experience. Hosted by local owners, catered with American cuisine, and served by friendly and knowledgeable wait staff, Red Rocks is sure to please everyone. Red Rocks Café is a locally owned and operated unique American Restaurant. Founded in 1992, Red Rocks Café has 3 locations in the upscale surroundings of Charlotte, NC. You can find us in the South Park area in the secluded Strawberry Hill Shopping Center, in bustling Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC, and in the new Red Stone Shopping Center, located in Indian Land, SC.
Meet Our Owners:
Together John Love & Ron Herbert developed Red Rocks Cafe into the now, locally famous, Red Rocks Cafe, Bar, and Bakery. As John puts it, “In 1998 we decided to join forces to develop a great contemporary American Restaurant Concept.” With three locations – South Park, Birkdale Village, and Red Stone – they see their dream of development being realized.
